Abstract Citizen science education is a new approach in for promoting scientific inquiry related to localized problems and engaging social action based on results. Using agency as lens understanding teachers’ practices when using this important. In ethnographic case study, teacher implementing citizen program Arduino was investigated from an ecological temporal relational dimensions of agency. the iterational dimension, teacher’s own experiences traits life professional histories were identified.
